Why are there no reviews on any products?

Great question! Until recently, I’ve only been able to rely on social media to spread the word, which, as you probably know, can be a slow process. I’ve just started advertising, but with limited funds, I can only do so much. The more sales I make, the more people will have the chance to discover my products, which will naturally lead to more reviews over time.

Between running this store, creating the designs, posting content, and imagining every product, I put a lot of time into making this the best it can be. So while there aren’t many reviews yet, I hope people like you will be part of helping this grow!

What's the deal with Airlume/Ring-Spun Cotton?

Airlume is a premium cotton known for its exceptional softness and durability. It's meticulously combed and ring-spun to remove impurities, creating a smooth, strong fabric. This results in ultra-comfortable garments that resist pilling and shrinking, maintaining their quality wash after wash.

Airlume cotton is like wearing a cloud—it’s super soft, lightweight, and smooth against your skin. It’s made with high-quality cotton that feels better than regular cotton because it’s cleaner, with no impurities, so it doesn’t itch or feel rough. Basically, it’s that T-shirt you’ll want to live in because it’s ridiculously comfortable.

I don’t have a measuring tape; what do I do?

Method 1: Use your phone!

• On iPhones, use the built-in Measure app. To quickly get to it, I swipe down from the middle of the screen
• On Android, in a google search, I found at least 3 downloadable apps

Method 2: Print a tape measure

No phone? Do you have a printer? You can download our FREE measuring tape that you can print and put together in less than 5 min! The tricky part is that you have to make sure the print comes out at 100% otherwise the length will be off slightly.

You could also use a ruler up against a ribbon or a string. In case you don't have a ruler, use a US quarter! An american quarter is exactly 1" !!

What is Oeko-Tex?

Oeko-Tex is a globally recognized certification system for textiles and clothing that guarantees the safety and environmental sustainability of products. It is managed by the International Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile and Leather Ecology (OEKO-TEX®). 

Are the lifestyle images AI or real?

Most lifestyle images are generated with AI, and every step has been carefully taken to make sure the designs on the garments are as accurate as possible. All of the product shots on models with white backgrounds and flat lay images are generated by our print-on-demand printing facilities.

What is your return/refund policy?

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, most of our products come from a manufacturer that will accept a reprint in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error; they will offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery

How do I retrieve my wishlist items?

In the main menu, you should find the WISHLIST link. Simply click on it and a side menu will open or you will be redirected to a wishlist page

I'm missing some items from my wishlist

It is possible that your items were saved in many ways, and these are not always consolidated unless you have a customer account with us and are always logged in as a customer on our website

Our wishlist feature saves your favorites in two ways:

• Browser-Based Wishlists: By default, items are saved as cookies in the browser on the device you used at the time of saving. If you use multiple devices or browsers, those items will only be accessible on the original browser and device unless your browser is synced across devices.
  
  However, many browsers today have a sync feature that syncs things like history and cookies. If you have that feature on, you should technically be able to retrieve your wishlist, given you use the same browser everytime across all your devices
  
  
• Account-Based Wishlists: If you’re logged into your customer account, your favorites are saved directly to your account. This allows you to access them across any device or browser, as long as you’re logged in.

Please note that for privacy reasons, we cannot view your saved items. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to assist in locating specific items if they are not visible to you. You may always reach out to us and we may be able to assist you in locating that cherished item with you :)

How are the shirts printed?

Each of our shirts is custom-printed on demand through a trusted third-party manufacturer. We guarantee that your shirt will be printed correctly and free from defects. If there’s any issue with the quality or printing, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll gladly assist with an exchange to make it right!

At this time, we’re unable to offer refunds for reasons such as picking the wrong size or if you’ve changed your mind. As a newly established business, we truly appreciate your understanding as we work hard to grow and continue offering unique, high-quality designs.

What is the difference between different fits, like retail and classic fit?

Retail fit is like grabbing a shirt off the rack that’s designed to work for most guys—it’s not super tight like you’re hitting the gym runway, and it’s not baggy like you’re lounging on the couch all day. It’s that middle ground: a regular, comfortable cut that feels just right for everyday wear without needing a custom tailor to make it look good

A classic fit is a bit more relaxed compared to a retail fit. It’s designed for comfort and ease of movement, with extra room in the chest, shoulders, and torso. Think of it as the traditional cut that prioritizes a timeless look and a looser feel, often preferred by guys who don’t like anything snug or overly modern.

In contrast, a retail fit is more modern and streamlined, offering a slightly closer fit to the body without being tight. It’s designed to appeal to a broader range of people while keeping the style current.

What is a Flowy Fit?

A Flowy fit refers to a loose, relaxed, and drapey silhouette that doesn’t cling to the body. It’s designed to provide comfort, movement, and an effortless look. This type of fit is often used in t-shirts, tank tops, and dresses, making them airy and flattering for various body types. Flowy tops are commonly made from soft, lightweight fabrics like rayon, chiffon, or modal, enhancing their fluidity and graceful drape.

What is DTG?

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing is a modern textile printing technology resulting in high-quality, vibrant prints. Unlike screen printing, which requires separate screens for each color, DTG has no color limitations. DTG uses water-based, environmentally friendly inks, producing minimal waste compared to traditional screen printing, which often involves chemical-heavy processes and excess ink.

It's sustainable since the print-on-demand model, which is used, means no overproduction, reducing fashion waste, and is ideal for our limited-edition prints, which we sometimes create to offer you a certain happiness in knowing that your shirt is one of a kind and you can stay original.
